Holiday Maintenance Moratorium

In order to ensure our customers remain unaffected during the very sensitive holiday times, we’re mandating a network maintenance and configuration moratorium in affect until January 4, 2010. Nothing short of routine changes will be permitted in this window of time to prevent any unforeseen downtime for our valued customers. Its critical that all eCommerce and other vital services remain online to allow our customers the utmost in availability.

Holiday Hours

December 24 and 25, 2009

• Corporate office = Closed
• Network Operations Center = On-call only

December 31 2009

• Corporate office = Closed at 2pm
• Network Operations Center on-call only

January 1, 2010

• Corporate office = Closed
